Thirty (30) Day Return Policy

Perfect Third guarantees complete 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your WakeMate you may return it, at any time, for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please see the Warranty/Exchange Procedure below for instructions on how to return your WakeMate and receive your refund.

Sorry, but to receive your refund we will need your WakeMate back, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost or damaged before they reach Perfect Third.

Please note: We can’t refund your original shipping and handling charges.

Perfect Third Limited Warranty

Perfect Third warrants that your WakeMate is free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). If your WakeMate is defective, during the Warranty Period, Perfect Third will repair or replace your WakeMate at no charge. Perfect Third is not responsible to repair or replace your WakeMate if you violate this warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, you may also have other rights which vary from state to state that may result in the change of this warranty.

Warranty/Exchange Procedure

In order to return your WakeMate, please contact returns@wakemate.com. Please be sure to include at least the following information; shipping address, order number, date of purchase and explanation of the product defect. Please be aware that your repair/exchange may not be possible if we do not have all this information.

Unfortunately we can’t cover the cost of your return shipment and you will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping your WakeMate. Also, we can’t be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit (that just wouldn’t be fair). As such, we recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS that allows you to track your package. Once the product is received, we will process your return refund your purchase price or ship you a replacement product as soon as possible. To make sure you are able to take advantage of this warranty agreement, please properly protect your WakeMate in a shipping package.

PERFECT THIRD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
